1.The glue is applied in the automatic machine for pasting rigid box/hard bookcover. The appropriate room temperature is 20 ℃ ~ 25 ℃. The glue temperature (non-machine temperature) is 60 ℃.It is adjusted by machine.

2.Pre-melting: Put the glue in a water with temperature of 75℃ for pre-melting, and plus about 10% hot water to become the solid content of 55%. It is generally not recommended to use too much water to dilute the glue, and control the temperature not more than 70 ℃ to avoid the unexpected problems.

3.When the machine pauses for a long time, the temperature should be reduced in order to avoid excessive evaporation or degradation.

4. Store in a cool dry place, far away from water, moisture, high temperature. The temperature is not higher than 20 ℃. The shelf life is 1 year.
