3. The amount of sizing is not the more the better. It depends on the paper and cardboard.A reasonable sizing should be able to bond firmly.
4. Animal glue is different from chemical glue. If the glued paper is over-oiled or over-plasticized, it will not be glued in deed. If it needs to be glued better, you can change it.The bonded parts are treated with corona to destroy the oil and plastic layers, so that they can be better bonded.
