For jelly pudding, it is generally recommended to operate in a ratio of 1:16; For mousse, 10g gelatin sheets for 6 inches mousse cake ,20 g gelatin sheets for 8 inches mousse cake.

Storage conditions: Avoid heat, moisture and contact with odorous items when unopened; seal after opening to  avoid strong light, moisture and insect damage.
