4. The gelatin should be kept under a certain temperature condition before it can be used. Therefore, when water is needed in use, the temperature of water and colloid should be basically the same, and cold water should not be added. When using gelatin, the speed should be fast and uniform. Adjust the amount of water and gelatin to get the desired viscosity.
