G elatine sheet, also known as leaf gelatine, is a transparent thin sheet. The common specification is 5g,3.3g,2.5g and 2g.

It must be soaked in cold water before use, and be melted above 80℃. If the acidity of the solution is too high, it is not easy to freeze, and the finished product must be kept with regrigerated.
