The drying speed of this type of hide glue is slow, and its surface is paper glue. The glue is sticky, and it will not be solidification in long opening time. This allows enough time for the manual to complete its production. 

1. The jelly glue is a water-based formulation. When using it, we should adjust the viscosity and concentration without adding water. The viscosity should be adjusted in small amounts and multiple times until it is suitable. Adding too much water will not be sticky.
2. The glue is used at 50-65C, it refers to the temperature of the glue instead of the temperature of the heating device.There is an error in the actual temperature, a mercury or mercury thermometer is required to measure the temperature of the glue frequently.The temperature of machine is usually 15 -20 degrees degrees Celsius higher than the glue temperature.
3. The amount of sizing is not the more the better. It depends on the paper and cardboard.A reasonable sizing should be able to bond firmly.
4. Animal glue is different from chemical glue. If the glued paper is over-oiled or over-plasticized, it will not be glued in deed. If it needs to be glued better, you can change it.The bonded parts are treated with corona to destroy the oil and plastic layers, so that they can be better bonded.
5.Make a sample before using jelly glue to make sure your product is suitable for bonding with jelly glue (animal glue), otherwise, you should choose other suitable glue.
