It must be soaked in cold water before use, and be melted above 80℃. If the acidity of the solution is too high, it is not easy to freeze, and the finished product must be kept with regrigerated. For jelly pudding, it is generally recommended to operate in a ratio of 1:16; For mousse, 10g gelatin sheets for 6 inches mousse cake ,20 g gelatin sheets for 8 inches mousse cake.
Storage conditions: Avoid heat, moisture and contact with odorous items when unopened; seal after opening to avoid strong light, moisture and insect damage.
