Gelatin sheet is a natural product. It is extracted from animal raw materials containing collagen. It’s usually made from cowhide and bone, so gelatin is also a cowhide gelatin. Gelatin sheet is used in the preparation of food, which can be liquid thickened, gel and converted to a solid.
