Ordinary Discount Human Collagen For Dogs - High quality animal hide glue technical gelatin for adhesives – Gelken Detail:

Industrial Gelatin has a strong ability to emulsify and promote dispersion and suspension between different phases, which can also be understood as a protective ability of colloid.

Industrial gelatin has a strong adhesive force, and it can maintain the integrity of the product, which is related to the hydrophilicity of gelatin.

1. First with the volume of the same or slightly more water(general glue and water ratio of 1 to 1.2-3.0, it is best to use warm water) to soak the glue for a few hours or so, make the glue block soft, and then heated to about 75 degrees, make it become glue liquid can be used.
2. The ratio of glue and water should be determined according to the required viscosity. More water, lower viscosity, and less water, higher viscosity. When heated the gelatin, the temperature should not be too high, because the temperature over 100 degrees will decrease the viscosity due to molecular degradation, and the gelatin will age and deteriorate.
3. There are trace precipitates in the use of glue, so it is necessary to mix with water while using to adjust viscosity and fluidity. Bath heat must be used to heat the glue. It is absolutely not allowed to heat the glue directly in the container.
4. The gelatin should be kept under a certain temperature condition before it can be used. Therefore, when water is needed in use, the temperature of water and colloid should be basically the same, and cold water should not be added. When using gelatin, the speed should be fast and uniform. Adjust the amount of water and gelatin to get the desired viscosity.
