Gelatin sheet is used in the preparation of food, which can be liquid thickened, gel and converted to a solid. Because it is completely non-toxic and tasteless, it is widely used in desserts and savoury dishes. Edible gelatin is usually produced as a gelatin powder or supplied as gelatin sheet film.
